Updating billing information when payment fails
You can update your credit card information using the instructions below.
Update your credit card.
- Log in to your iRadeo account.
- Select 'Account' and click the 'Update plan' button.
- Select your current plan or new plan (Plus, Premium, or Ultimate).
- Select 'Enter new credit card' radio button and enter your new credit card information.
- Click the 'Subscribe' button to complete.
